Support for events organization

NCEP provides the necessary support both for the organization and for the dissemination of events held on the Taguspark campus.

For members of its community, NCEP offers space reservations at no associated cost, equipment requests and multimedia support. To external entities, the spaces are available, on a temporary lease basis, for training, lectures, conferences, among others.

The available spaces include amphitheaters, classrooms, library, multipurpose room, training room, the building’s atrium and the outdoor spaces of the campus.

Entities, internal or external, interested in holding an event must submit their request using the respective form , at least three weeks in advance of the date of the event. If you do not receive a response within 4 working days, an e-mail confirming the request should be sent via ncep@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
