The NCEP provides the necessary support for both the organization and dissemination of events held on the Oeiras campus.

For members of the community, the NCEP offers space reservations free of charge, as well as equipment and multimedia support. For external entities, the spaces are available on a temporary rental basis for training sessions, lectures, conferences and other events.

The spaces available include amphitheaters, classrooms, a library, a multipurpose room, a training room, the building’s atrium and the campus’ outdoor spaces.

The NCEP is also responsible for publicizing relevant events and activities taking place on the Oeiras campus. It is therefore responsible for managing, organizing and updating the institutional media (website, e-mail, internal TV circuit, among others), as well as creating content for the various campus communication channels.
