• Name and contact details of the person responsible for the visit.
• Desired date and time (if possible, suggest two alternatives).
• Area(s) of interest (e.g. Informatics and Computers, Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Industrial Management).
• Number of participants.

After sending the e-mail, the NCEP team will contact you to confirm the details and schedule the visit.
