The NCEP is responsible for the interface between the Instituto Superior Técnico – Polo Oeiras campus and the outside world, whenever requested by Núcleo de Parcerias Empresariais or a direct contact arises (via e-mail to ncep@tecnico.ulisboa.pt).

Técnico’s Partner Network was created to strengthen ties with industry, with the aim of establishing strategic alliances with companies that, together with Técnico, increase the value offered to society.

Participation in the network allows companies to identify and develop talent, accelerate innovation and create new technologies, products and services more efficiently. It also contributes to social responsibility activities and allows companies to participate in IST’s strategic development.

Técnico benefits by directly tackling the technical and economic challenges brought by companies, taking advantage of opportunities to make scientific contributions and create better working conditions on campuses, as well as offering better opportunities for IST graduates.
