“Every Step Counts” | Solidarity challenge
Técnico’s Oeiras Campus has become an ambassador for the “Every Step Counts” initiative, promoted by the Galp Foundation. This solidarity challenge converts kilometers walked, run, danced, or cycled into meals for vulnerable families supported by the Food Emergency Network.
Until December 10, each participant can contribute to the collective goal of 1 million kilometers, equivalent to 1 million meals. To do so, simply record the distance traveled and submit the proof on the official platform: https://todosospassoscontam.galp.com/, indicating the location and date of the activity.
For the kilometers to count towards the campus’s joint goal, participants must select the “Team participation” option and indicate “IST–Oeiras” in the “Team name” field.
